Bleach 427 – A Delicious Dissonance

Bleach 427; what an interesting chapter. Tite did a good job keeping a great deal of tension in almost every page in this chapter, while achieving virtually nothing. Things are still a little slow, but I get the feeling from this chapter that the calm before the storm is about to end.

After so many questions being raised throughout the series, and not very many being answered at the end of Deicide, all we given now is even more questions. This mysterious stranger has absolutely peeked my interest. I keep hoping he is a relative of one of the already established mysterious characters like Aizen or Isshin, but perhaps that would be too cliche’.  Is he a villain or is he a hero? Will he reveal truths to Ichigo that make him turn against those he once thought were allies? And if he does, will it be with merit, or will it be deceptive manipulation?
