    2. Karin is useless, everything she figured out, Madara already knew. I also think Danzo has tricked her. Do you really beleive that a man devoted to being emotionless, someone who seals his agent’s tounges to prevent intel leaks, would let something slip that easily?

    3. It was mentioned that wind was weak against fire in this chapter. This is however, a diversion from the fact that Wind is strong against lightning. Why? Because in the final attack, Danzo used a wind based attack and Sasuke used Lightning. If you check the last page, Danzo’s sword still has a wind chakra surrounding it while Sasuke’s is lightningless.

    Okay this is an ok chapter, still I have a few things to say about how it progressed.

    1) The way it settled on izanagi felt pretty cheap though I was expecting atleast a detailed analysis and backstory about uchiha this and that and why izanagi is forbidden and all that jazz like what they did about the mangekyo sharingan.

    2) I hate danzo with a passion but i have to give credit where credit is due and say that the last strike on sasuke was brilliant! I have wanted to do that forever! Hopefully sasuke ends up dead (not gonna happen but hey i can dream) although it was funny using such an old trick as the “i do now!” I guess he is still 16 after all.

    3) The highlight of this chapter though was the fact that it said the fight would conclude next week so here’s hoping to get back to some actual naruto action. Oh and the summons was pretty cool too.

    madara had no intention of sharing this with sasuke andkarin figured it out by herself while not being even an uchiha (to know about such trch) come on dude, give her some credit, if she is not a muscle it doesn’t mean she’s useless! she os sensor and healer with analytical forte. I found it hilarious how some people always try to brand everyone they dislike by the term “useless”.

    @ mart: sasuke is not using his material sword charged with lightning chakra, he is using chidori sharp spear in the form of a sword. And its not like they clashed weapons, they each went straight for the body shot. thats why each chakra weapon is still seen thru their bodies.

    btw, its obvious sasuke won, not cause he is a main character, but cuz of the last blow. danzo’s wind sword nicked sasuke’s side and is sticking out between his left side and arm. sasuke’s lighting sword i would say pierced danzo’s right lung. Game over.

    mart1: we dont really know what Madara can do besides his sad little warp trick, so i dont know about that fight but for Danzo vs Pain, id say that Pain would win, because while Danzo’s izanagi is a great defense, he does not have much offense to back it up. Pain could use shinra tensei to block his attacks, while the other five bodies pressure him and force him to use up eyes.

    @ryoraizen, not necessarily, it is possible that fanzo pearced sasuke’s chest, but under different angle. imagine a guy, sword pierces him from the left, into right side of chest or vice versa (sorry for vague explanation :P ) my point is that sasuke may have actually taken much more damage than danzo, because straightforward injuries aren’t half as dangerous as those which are dealt diagonally (basically such blows pierce more than 1 organs)

    Poor Karin gets no credit when she sees how Danzo’s jutsu works. This is a great chapter but when will Kishi show Naruto!?!?! I mean, its good that he wants to highlight Sasuke for awhile but not even a page to see how our lil naruto boy is doing, well im hoping next chap is going to show naruto >.<

    Great Action scene though and smart thinking for Sasuke with the Fireball.

    Its a lil bit like Danzou stealing some very good jutsu’s from NAruto’s potentiel Arsenal!! but im sure Naruto will get some better Wind Jutsu’s soon enough :) bring it on Blond man!!

    It’s pretty clear to me that Tobi/Madara INTENDED on Karin figuring out Danzo’s technique, I mean why else let her out of that dimension. He doesn’t care about her, and I doubt Sasuke would have cared if she was still trapped. Why waste the chakra transporting her? Unless it takes chakra to keep people trapped.

    I would be surprised if this fight didn’t last another 1 to 1.5 chapters. I mean, sure they are both stabbed, but it just seems too simple an ending.

    what i want to say about this chapter is that it restored my faith in Kishi giving strategy to his fights and not just pure brute strength. i’m also happily surprised w/ Sasuke pulling out an older technique that i personally missed (fire ball jutsu), Karin figuring out a weakness in Danzo’s jutsu when she was in the dark the most of the fight, and Danzo using summoning jutsu instead of just revival and “vacuum ball”. it was also nice to learn more of Izangi, and it makes me think, maybe Danzo has like, every sharigan from the Uchiha massacre? i mean, if he used up 6 of his 10 in this one fight, he has to have back ups somewhere, so maybe at his lil’ hideout he has a secret stash. i’m also glad to learn the fight’s being finished now cuz i really want to c some Naruto action

    @Mart1 Sasukes sword at the end was a lightning attack it didn’t even have physical metal sword inside of the chakra.

    @ Everyone I tried to think of a fight between Naruto Danzo and came to the conclusion that this battle would be over and Naruto would be dead! The only way I can think of that Naruto would even have a chance was if he used the Kyuubi and even then it may be useless because Danzo could probably control him.

    I know everyone hates him but I am still impressed with Sasuke, the only criticism I have against him is that he needs help analyzing Danzo’s technique. I gotta give Karin her props, she isn’t as useless as I thought she did analyze Danzo’s jutsu very well but did it work, did Danzo allow her to believe it or is this Izanagi? Madara said him self that he can forces his own reality with this technique!

    Alright one more thing does anyone else think Danzo’s Summons is like super cool, I kinda do think Danzo deserves to be Hokage with all those powerful techniques and battle experience! The only bad think I have to say about him is that he is untrustworthy and he’s taking all the damn wind techniques.

    Poor Naruto you need to train again for the last time and learn dozens of more techniques!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think we may see Sakuras group or Kakashi and a small chance of Naruto but we should see more characters if this battle is truly coming to an end. Maybe Sasuke will kill Danzo and Kakashi will show up and confront Sasuke and take the Hokage hat!

    next, actually i hope danzo does die. dont get me wrong, i dont think he will, dont forget he has 1 more sharingan not on his arm that he can use as a last ditch effort, and i suspect he probally has a large stockpile of eyes back at home. i mean really, why take only what you need, why not keep a store just in case.

    plus if danzo dies then there shouldnt be any power struggles in konoha caused by root, as root’s leader would be dead. this also makes it much much easier for kakashi, since in the past chapters we got an idea of the depth of root’s power during the meeting arc.

    i also think that if kakashi becomes kage, he wont be leaving the village, so naruto will probaly have to find a new mentor. my question would be who is left for naruto to learn from? we know he is working on making sage mode last longer on his own, but it should be about time for him to learn a new technique, and most likely a new element to off set his wind / fire weakness. if sasuke learns of that there is no reason for him to use lighting in a fight.

    also if im not mistaken we still have no clue on tsunade. she could have awoken by now, not likely, but possible. as far as i know she didnt die, just in a coma right. that would also cause a power struggle if danzo survives. and lets face it, a civil war in konoha would be very bad for a village that has been destroyed so many times in recent history.
